For agencies selling to local service businesses

Pre-built demo websites personalized with each prospect's real reviews — plus the lead pipeline and phone-rep cockpit around them.

The machine we built to run our own agency: it finds local businesses with weak or missing websites, builds each one a working demo from their own Google reviews, phone number and services, and gives a phone rep a one-tap cockpit to work the list. It runs on your Cloudflare account and your VPS, and you get the code.

The difference is whose reviews are on the page.

Demo-first prospecting is an established category. The tools in it generate a niche template and drop the business name into it. Ours reads the prospect's own Google listing and builds the page out of what it finds.

What we generate

A page built from that business's own listing

  • Their real Google review count and star rating, in the header
  • Their real phone number, as a tap-to-call button on every screen
  • Their real city and service area, in the copy and the schema
  • Services matched to the trade they are actually in
  • A rotating visual theme, so neighbouring demos are not visibly identical
  • A claim page carrying their name, one tap in front of the site itself
What a generic niche template shows

A stock layout with the name swapped in

  • Stock or placeholder review counts, or none at all
  • Sample copy written for the trade in general, not for them
  • Stock imagery and a template city, or blanks to fill in later
  • The same layout every other prospect in the niche receives
  • A preview link that reads as a builder preview
Why it matters on the phone: the opener is “we already built you one.” That sentence only survives the first ten seconds if the page genuinely looks like it was made for them. A prospect recognises their own review count immediately — and recognises a template just as fast.

What's in the machine.

Eight parts, in the order a lead moves through them. Plain English, one line each.

  • Lead fetch & scoringPulls local businesses by trade and town from Google Places, then scores each one's existing website for pain — no site, social-only, DIY builder, no SSL, no mobile viewport, stale copyright, slow response.
  • Demo renderGenerates a claim page and a full demo site per lead from that lead's own data, with a rotating theme, and refuses to publish if a template placeholder survived the substitution.
  • Branded redirectsEvery demo gets a short speakable URL on your domain that a rep can read down the phone, generated cumulatively so a link in a sent email never goes dark.
  • Rep cockpitOne page per rep: tap to call, tap to send the demo email, then one tap to log the outcome — with a five-rung attempt ladder that schedules the next touch automatically and a callback date picker.
  • Sheet CRM syncA Google Sheet is the system of record. Sync is merge-preserving and keyed on Google's own place ID, so regenerating the lead list never overwrites what a rep typed.
  • Morning digestA push at 08:00 local: callbacks promised for today, follow-ups due, yesterday's call and conversation counts, demo views, and conversation-to-view rate.
  • Cold-email exportBuilds a sending-tool-ready CSV with each lead's demo URL merged in, and enforces lane discipline so no business is being phoned and emailed in the same week.
  • SuppressionOne permanent do-not-contact list gating both channels, matched on email, phone or business name — and a “don't call again” tap in the cockpit feeds it automatically.

You own it. It is code, not a login.

This is not a seat on someone's platform.

  • Your infrastructureIt deploys to your own Cloudflare account and your own VPS. The domains, the pages, the data and the API keys are yours.
  • Your codeHanded over as source you can read, change and keep. No obfuscation, no phone-home, no license server.
  • No platform feeNo per-site fee and no monthly platform fee to us. You pay your own infrastructure bills directly — and at low volume that is measured in single-digit dollars a month plus per-request lookup costs.
  • If we vanishNothing switches off. There is no service in the middle to stop working.

The honest part, first.

I built this to run my own agency, and I am telling you what it did rather than what it could do. It has closed zero clients.

The machinery does what it says: it finds businesses with weak websites, builds each a personalized demo, and hands a rep a working list — and we ran real dials against real leads through it. What we hit was a selling problem, not a software problem. Three separate trades gave us the same answer, that they had enough work already, and we had no one on the phone who could get past it.

So I am not selling you results, and there are none to show. I am selling the machine to agencies that already have people who can close — because that is the part I did not have. If you want proof of revenue, I do not have any. If you want to watch the mechanism run, that I can show you.

Three demos it generated. Different trades, live right now.

Each of these was produced by the pipeline with no hand-editing. Every review count, phone number and city on them came from that business's own public Google listing.

Each link lands on the claim page a prospect sees first — their name, and one tap through to the site itself. That is the exact asset a rep references on the call.

Watch it run.

Mechanism, not testimonials: the cockpit loading a live board, one card being worked, three generated demos at phone width, the morning digest, and the alert that fires the moment a prospect opens their demo.

Video coming here A 76-second screen recording of the system running, with no narration. Ask for it by email in the meantime and it will be sent to you directly.

If you have closers and no pipeline, this is the half you are missing.

Email me and I will send the video and answer anything, including what it cannot do. Or take fifteen minutes and I will run it live while you watch.
